Estos compactadores de EPS se enviar\u00e1n a Italia.<br>El compactador de poliestireno es un equipo especial para triturar y reducir EPS y pl\u00e1sticos de poliestireno. Son adecuados para peque\u00f1as plantas de procesamiento, estaciones de transferencia de residuos y procesadores y productores de reciclaje de EPS.<br>Hay 2 tipos de compactadores, uno con cuchilla trituradora y otro sin cuchilla trituradora. La eficacia de trituraci\u00f3n de la cinta es mayor y la relaci\u00f3n de compresi\u00f3n es mayor. El compactador de poliestireno es robusto, requiere poco mantenimiento y es capaz de compactar y reciclar residuos que tradicionalmente no se ten\u00edan en cuenta: \u00a1el compactador de poliestireno es vers\u00e1til y puede compactar hasta 200 kg de EPS por hora!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona el compactador de poliestireno?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El EPS\/estireno\/poliestireno se introduce en la tolva abierta y los sensores de la m\u00e1quina se activan, descomponiendo el EPS\/estireno\/poliestireno en trozos peque\u00f1os, del tama\u00f1o de un pu\u00f1o. A continuaci\u00f3n, estos trozos se compactan en bloques s\u00f3lidos y uniformes. Se alcanza una densidad de entre 250 kg\/m\u00b3 y 400 kg\/m\u00b3.
