TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Siedon’s industrial waste disposal system can turn industrial waste into high-quality high calorific value SRF/RDF, which can be used as fuel instead of fire coal, thus realizing the conversion of waste into energy. This processing system is mainly aimed at textile waste, leather waste, wood waste, commercial waste plastics, for more complex waste can be equipped with screen and density air sorting machine to complete the target to be processed. High torque double shearing shredder and special single shaft shredder will be used in the system. After secondary shredding, the material size can be 30-80 mm (as your requirement), and the standard-reaching rate is higher than 95%.

INDUSTRIAL WASTE SOLUTIONS
Textile/Leather/Rags/Plastic
Siedon provides RDF pretreatment solutions for industrial waste. Depending on the material, a multi-stage crusher is used to reduce the volume; separators is used to separate the reusable metals such as iron, aluminum and zinc; some materials can be recycled after separation, the other high calorific value materials can be produced as fuel. Shredder and sorting machines have the stable working performance, which guarantee the low cost of RDF preparation.
Paper/Cardboard/wood Waste
Paper and Cardboard can be used as fuel for power or heat generation, making Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) and Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF). By shredding, they can be quickly reduced to the required size, helping to speed up screening and sorting; for fuel use, it can be reduced to a uniform size, improving combustion efficiency and generating more energy.
