The SR30 is a very compact shredding machine, which is well suited for continuous operation or limited space, shredding multiple types of garbage such as vessel waste, plastic bottle, cardboard, glasses, bone, wood.
The SR30 has a small, powerful rotary shear that crushed a great number of different applications. The low-noise, two-shaft shredding machine is equipped with an 4 kW drive motor, suit for marine waste on vessel or offshore installations.
Material is fed by gravity to the inlet chamber at the top from where it is dragged into the crushing zone by the action of the two counter-rotating rolls. The two rolls are driven individually and for soft material asynchronously, which provides a unique self-cleaning action. The special sealing of bearings and gearbox, of the internal wear plates and the wear-resistant cutting unit make it particularly low maintenance and ensure very high process stability. Thanks to its compact design the machine requires little space and can be easily integrated into existing systems.
SR30 vessel waste shredder is available in a mobile version with substructure and a discharge bin as a “comprehensive solution”. Just set up and shred the garbage. This shredder can be optionally equipped with a conveyor system for feeding and material discharge.
