Polystyrene compactor is a special equipment for crushing and reducing EPS and polystyrene plastics. They are suitable for small processing plants, waste transfer stations and EPS recycling processors and producers.
There are 2 types of compactors, one with crushing blade and one without crushing blade. The belt crushing efficiency is higher and the compression ratio is larger. Polystyrene compactor is robust, low maintenance and capable of compacting and recycling waste traditionally not considered – the polystyrene compactor is versatile and can compact up to 200 kg of EPS per hour!
How the Polystyrene compactor wroking?
EPS/Styrofoam/Polystyrene is fed into the open hopper and machine sensors active, breaking down the EPS/Styrofoam/Polystyrene in small, fist-sized pieces. These pieces are then compacted into solid, uniform blocks. It achieves a density in the range of 250kg/m³ to 400 kg/m³. What this means is that voluminous polystyrene waste can then be stored and stacked easily, ensuring a safer working environment and a much more efficient use of space.
In order for the equipment to arrive at the user’s site on time, the logistics department of Siedon cooperates with the production department and the marketing department tacitly, works together, and works overtime, and the delivery site is organized in an orderly manner.
