Incineration has the advantages of less land occupation and energy reuse. However, food waste contains water and oil, which not only increases the energy required for incineration, but also easily produces dioxins. After incineration, fly ash and slag shall be disposed of as hazardous waste.
Therefore, under the background of the promotion of waste classification policy, the harmless, reduction and resource treatment of kitchen waste has become an inevitable development direction, and kitchen waste treatment equipment has emerged as the times require, which can reduce the production of kitchen waste from the source and carry out resource treatment at the end.
